Yep I just knew Big Guy was back home when I spotted the grinder, see you up and about producing food porn again. :lol: I will give it a try with some local venison, they are busy culling at the moment as it is winter.

Hi Kids, I think the first thing to check is if the rear bush is worn or too thin. Do this by pushing the auger right back with the cutting blade in place, then fit the plate, the plate should not go all the way in against the grinder housing. If the plate does not protrude slightly from the grinder...
