I did some smoked cheese the other day. I have the small tube. It was enough to smoke the cheese from start to finish.redzed wrote:Good looking smoke house, wish I had something that size! Nice job! If I could offer a suggestion, if you haven't already done it, I'd get some sheet rock screws and screw the boards in place to keep them from shifting.
