Hi Jan L,
I won't be going, I live 2000 km away for starters and it's recuperation time for me then.
As far as I know, no members are attending at the moment, no doubt some Victorian members will go.
Cheers,
Jan.

Hallo Jan L, I have received an email from Mel Harley from MBLSA Adelaide. The Mould 600 has not arrived yet but I imagine she will email me when they have stock on the shelf. It should be there anyday. I will be away for a few days for a knee operation so Mould 600 is the least of my worries. You k...

Hi Croc, The pork blood was imported from Tong Master seasonings in the UK. Look at EBay Australia. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dried-Blood-Black-Pudding-Blood-Sausage-1kg-Pack-/221167200776?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item337e97aa08 Matter of fact, I have found a small local Abattoir here that could ...

Aaron,
I would try his frozen Roo meat for sausages. Make Csabai and use 50% pork/50% roo.
Mind you I have made Csabai with 100% rumpsteak for a friend of mine.
They turned out good.
So have a go Mate.
Cheers,
Jan.

Over the years I have eaten plenty of Kangaroo meat mainly from flyers(Females) on extended hunting trips. Never ever made sausages though. We were all too busy getting the quota of 5000 Roos. Mind you this was many years ago when some stations were totally over run by them. Kangaroo meat is for sal...

Hi Aaron, Go to Ebay and look what they have for sale. Just search for Digital Electronic Humidity Controller. They are basically all made in China. Wiring instructions are included and they work great. You will have to wire them through a 3 pin plug though. Steve Plas in Perth has his wine fridge c...

Hi Netspyman, I have an external ventury smoking attachment that pushes the smoke by an small aquarium compressor. I changed to a bigger compressor with 2 outlets and 3 speeds. The second outlet pushes the smoke around the inside of the smoker by way of a small plastic hose and a 3/16 piece of brake...

You said that they tasted good. OK, one small battle won, now you have to solve the oven smoking problem. You can only solve them by smoking more goodies, start with some bacon and watch temperatures, colour and taste. Make notes, don't forget. We have all been in your position. When will we see som...
