Aaron, I would try his frozen Roo meat for sausages. Make Csabai and use 50% pork/50% roo. Mind you I have made Csabai with 100% rumpsteak for a friend of mine. They turned out good. Hi Aaron, Go to Ebay and look what they have for sale. Just search for Digital Electronic Humidity Controller. They are basically all made in China.
