Yeah no problem, just yesterday I started looking into that. I cant see why it wouldnt work. Slow cooker and a PID is all you need.

Hey Redzed
Im about to cut holes in my fridge for air circulation. Does the air pulled from the extraction fan bring fresh air through the vacuum outlet automatically? or do you have to prop the spring loaded flap open?

Cheers

Hi Ross I am a chef by trade so I use a tonne of it. And yeah I was thinking the same as you, we cook with it on much higher heats than a smoker will ever get to. SS freezer Smoker build- aluminium interior question

So Im starting this build. I know there is talk of not using aluminium in smokers because of the possibility of emitting gasses at higher temps. This is from the spec sheet of my freezer Interior - attractive, NSF approved, white aluminum liner. 300 series stainless floor with coved corners. Here is...

Mike Yeah Im hoping the insulation will be fine. If it not it will be quite the job to remove it as all the panels seem to be joined by some other method no pop rivets. I may have to do what you did and cut them out. We will see. It will make me very happy to see fiberglass in there... I will start ...
