Nice looking kielbasa Don! Love that colour! But I think way too little garlic, and 3tsp of marjoram in a 20lb batch will go completely unnoticed! Just cleaned this one up tonight. Two years hanging I thought it was time :mrgreen: Going to be hitting the Hobart tomorrow for some thin slices.
