Correct, I had this one as my beer fridge in the basement and since the fan doesn't run all the time, only during cooling, I turned it into the chamber and bought another one for the beer fridge.

I have temp and humidity through an inkbird controller. The humidity has been perfect right at 80% with the product I have in there plus the cup of water so didn't bother with the humidifier at this time. Scogar, 38-42 hog casing. This is my go to for Ukrainian garlic sausage. I do all my garlic ring type in it. Makes stuffing go real quick too!

Man I am bushed. Butchered 5 deer today! making cutlets in the tenderizer tomorrow, and slicing jerky meat. have 15 pounds of class I set aside for some of Reds venison sausage. Time for a rum!
