The Sausages were in a unsafe temperature zone for to long without using Cure #1. I would not consume them. When in doubt, throw them out !!

Joe walker was a pretty smart feller so he thought. Going cemetary to cemetary putting up headstones with his name on them so the sherriffs would stop looking for him. To bad that didn't work out for him to well....

I was just out on the back porch and noticed some mosquitoes flying around, the wife said "I was at Home depot today and they had mosquito plants" and I said "what are they, Citronella plants" and she was surprised I new what they were. I was wondering why they don't glaze the weights same as the crocks, im sure it because the porcelin might get in the food but is their another reason?

That Kraut looks pretty good Dick !! My Kimchi has been Burpin up a storm and I may have to try some tonight with some BBQ'd Pork ribs. So far when I come in the house there is just a hint of the smell Kimchi but very very faint.
