I thought so!. And handsome also, with a great mustache. Had to be a misprint, I am a believer. Two mallards are sitting on the ice, which is melting fast. There heads are pointing south and two bald eagles on the west side of the lake watching them.

The waterborne American Coot is one good reminder that not everything that floats is a duck. To me it matters if the tube is tapered. I use straight stainless, a lot easier.

Keep the info coming. The big obstacle in sausage making is dry curing. The information is greatly appreciated. My take, building a curing chamber is like going to the dentist. But you have to. Those hams are mouth watering.
