Possible new forum heading ?

Would it be useful to have a section in the forum for other recipes, eg garnishes, salads, desserts etc, which may not be country specific ? We eat with sausage all sorts of accompaniments, some of which might be worth sharing ?

What say you, fellow members ?

The smoke generator made by A-MAZEN Products in the US is as its name suggests, a really amazing smoker. There is a model for dust which is supplied by them, and a new one which uses pellets. Both set-and-forget, and no creosote, and they are not expensive.
