Possible new forum heading ?
Would it be useful to have a section in the forum for other recipes, eg garnishes, salads, desserts etc, which may not be country specific ? We eat with sausage all sorts of accompaniments, some of which might be worth sharing ?

Ross, I just came across this post, and I am very jealous - you can buy pork for $1.50 a pound ?
