another great instructional writeup. The "Self Checkup" really helps drive in the information.

I'm ready to go Monday if everyone else is, although I will probably grind and stuff Tuesday AM, I'm normally on my feet by 0300 and mornings are my favorite time of day to get things done.

Hi Chuckwagon,

Thanks for the explanation on the cultures, I am up to speed on everything so far and ready to move ahead anytime the groups is ready. I will order the T-SPX and 76mm casings and netting when we get a bit closer to this part of the project-I have everything else on the shelf.

CW- Great start! A quick question. In your original posting on products for "Project B" you listed T-SPX Bactoferm Culture and in your recent product list you have F-LC Culture listed-will we need both of these as we go on or just the F-LC for our project?
