[USA] Vineta...(eggplant spread with/on toast)

Something came up. I have 20 minutes, no recipe this time, let the pictures speak.

Baked eggplants on grill.

Ingredients.

Image

Chop up eggplants, inside/meat only. You can use a mixer too, make large batch, and freeze it for winter time.

Mix with all the ingredients.

Done. Cool off in fridge, serve cold on toast. Outside picture, because flashback inside.

Spread on toast, serve.

I wish that I liked eggplant. It is good food but I haven't developed a taste for it.
