Boneless Pork Butts

Post by Krakowska » Mon Jul 15, 2013 18:54

Just for a general heads up, an outfit called "Restaurant Depot" has boneless pork butts for $1.49 a pound for the month of July. Bought a case while up in Buffalo lately. Anyone who is a member (East Coast and Ohio) should check it out if interested. Whole flyer is online in pdf form. Superb prices. Quite an outfit.
Keep them safe until they all come home.

Just FYI for members, you need to have restaurant membership to buy there. Krak, hope you went to Sausagemaker factory about 10 minutes from there. Thanks for the info and will check it out.

Yep, was there, Clinton and Bailey. Got some 22mm casings for some pepper sticks and a 22mm stuffing tube. I want to try making some pepper sticks. Nuyai, Hoelscher meats in Hamburg is selling hog Kielbasa casings for $20.00 a hank. We have one down here in Tampa about 45 miles from me. WELL worth the trip, Bulk, but saving a lot of money splitting with friends
Keep them safe until they all come home.
