Grinding Plate Size

Going to make some pepper sticks. Have 22 mm Collagen casings. Would appreciate what size grinding plate to use. 1/8 inch too small? Thanks guys, Much appreciated :grin:

1/8" or 3mm plate is my favorite size for snack sticks. You won't go wrong using that size plate.
