First I would like to thank the person who posted pictures of their aspic eggs that I sorta copied  I cant find that post or would say who it was.
Heres my entry for an Iron chef contest on another forum ;)

Then on to the Skirt steak and Portabellas drizzled with Annies Garlic

A quick use of the dremel made a easy job of opening the egg shells, emptied eggs and sterilized. Now let dice and slice and fill them eggs up.

Don't forget the beef broth on the Primo Grill

Add a little gelatin to the Beef broth and fill up the eggs.

That is awesome!

I am going to have to try something similar come Easter...
I already have planned on beet tinted (purple) deviled eggs.
Folks just never can tell what they may get when I am providing food. And they very seldom complain

The rules are you have to be able to taste all three required ingrediants in one bite and 80% of the cook must be done on the BBQ/Smoker.
I've made better tasting things on the BBQ thats for sure

Hey everyone... Let's all vote for Aaron's (Keymaster) recipe in the BBQ Cookoff at this link: http://addictedtobbq.proboards.com/inde ... read=10718
He did a beautiful job. My vote puts him ONE ahead of his nearest competition... making Keymaster the leader ... SO FAR. He needs YOUR vote. Let's support our fellow member by clicking on the site and voting for his beautiful presentation.

Oh yes, and Aaron... you asked about the person who posted the original recipe... it was by my secret love... Malgos (Margaret), a moderator on the Polish speaking division of Wedliny Domowe. She's also registered on this site (English speaking). She is a beautiful woman with a wonderful spirit about her and a friend to all. Her post is here: http://wedlinydomowe.pl/en/viewtopic.ph ... ight=#9862
Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and then turn over two more pages in the post.

To visit the Polish-speaking site of WD, simply click on the waving Polish flag in the upper right-hand corner of the index page. Good luck with the contest Keymaster.

Best Wishes,
Chuckwagon

You are quite creative KM! I checked out the original aspic egg recipe on the Polish blog that Malgos provided the link to and never, in a million years, would have associated it with a grilling recicipe! You are one that certainly thinks outside of the box.
