Our New Years Tradition
is black eyed peas and some type of greens. I also had some ribs that needed cooking so I broke out the offset and got started.
Up to temp and ready to go.
Ribs on and looking good.
Three bunches of Mustard greens with stock from a Christmas ham bone.
All those greens cooked down to this....talk about shrinkage
Black eyed peas with more ham stock.
Ribs are good to go
My wife added some of her delicious corn bread and the meal was complete.
