Partycook, did you go electric or gas? That would be a real score to luck into a ss fridge. Anyone have direct experience with a masonry hot smoker? Fwiw after a few mock runs, I'm Lean ng toward wiring a light switch into my 110 instead of a ranco thermo for short smoking times and watching the temp and manually calling for the gas until I'm used to the new set up.
