curing/fermenting chamber heat source?
curing/fermenting chamber heat source?
I've read that exposure to light will make fat go rancid. But I noticed many out there in internet land have curing chambers that use some sort of a light to raise the temperature when the ambient temperature is lower than what you need.
Have you guys had any problems? What else would you suggest using? I would think something like a hot plate may raise the temperatures up too fast too hot. I ddont know, what do you think?
