Homemade Sausage Making

Just fuming.

I'm greatly disappointed in my humidity meters, I have 4 digital ones, and they show 35-40 % differences in the same place, same time.
Maybe I should have just one, and fantasize that it's O.K.
Just how many of you are thinking that yours is accurate?
I even made some calibration on some of them, still don't believe any of them anymore.....

I think I got fast to the wrong answer.

I have the same problem with scales 0-0.01 gram. I bought 2 initially, they showed different weights every time, In bought another good brand one, all 3 were showing different weights.
I had a Chemist friend of mine check the weights and his scales were different again.
Go figure.
