That unit is a bread proofing chamber running at temperatures way to high for meat curing, so you would still need to make major modifications. I'm not sure if the Chinese are yet manufacturing commercial meat curing chambers but they are taking over that industry. The only commercial units that I am aware of are made in Italy.

But at that price they are not for the hobbyists. Even small commercial operators choose to buy a commercial refrigerator, like those tall ones with the dual glass doors and install the controls. Where I live there is a place where they sell used appliances and they have one in perfect condition with all the lines tested for $800, so even if you spent another 600 or 700 dollars installing the best controllers you would still be way ahead. Convertind a small fridge for home curing can be done for $200 plus a used fridge with a running compressor.

my point of view was that you get bigger stainless ridge with heat and humidity control
So you need just check how to to cooling little it. Maybe just need add small peltier plate and check how to change temperature control.
Price is so cheap that maybe I buy and check how to hack it ;-)
I will ask seller more info.
