Weston #8 electric grinder

Post by DLFL » Sun Dec 18, 2011 21:29

I was looking for a grinder to order for my Christmas from my wife. I wanted to get a inexpensive manual grinder to start with. I found a Weston #8 grinder for $89.00 shipped on Amazon. It is on order and I am hoping to be happy with my purchase.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill! :D

CW/DLFL
My apologies I guess I was in a strange mood last night and just wanted to poke a little Christmas fun. I meant no harm, I hope no offence was taken.
Now I will go back to the pink powder in the corner

Well you ol' cowpoke, I can't speak for DLFL, but you couldn't offend me with an axe! We all have a little fun poking jabs at our friends in good spirits.

Dick, no need to "slink"! Heck pard, I own one of those little Weston's also. I use it for smaller batches because it's so easy to clean up. I love the little thing. Plenty of power and it's just plain convenient! It will grind up ten pounds of meat in no time at all. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I have mine!
P.S. I always "mosey" or "amble"... never "slink"!

Best Wishes,

I also have a #8 Weston grinder as my backup, it is my original starting point of this hobby.

It is a excellent grinder, and even if the Electric company has a hickup in our Power supply, I can continue grinding.
