My new Choprite #12 came this week and I made 9 pounds of breakfast sausage today. I feed the grinder semi-frozen meat chunks so the grinding rate is a bit slow but of high quality. Image I like to add the seasonings before I grind. Image And I cut the meat while it is soft frozen. Image

Nice work pal! That is gorgeous breakfast sausage. :wink:
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill! :D
