Homemade Sausage Making

Anyone use or have an Avantco meat grinder?

I can't vouch for the grinder but every product I have purchased from that vendor has been top-notch, from vacuum sealers to small stuff.

If you get a #12 grinder and wish to purchase additional plates and knifes from other vendors be aware that #10 and #12 are the same size.

The grinder looks good and it's a great price for a 1hp machine.
