Looks yummy! What sort of spices / ratio do you use for the parowki? I've been trying a few recipes and really haven't had too much success on the flavor profile.

Congrats Stefan, that's a hefty load of sausage there. Looks great! You must have the energy of an ox to crank out all that. I made 40lbs over the weekend and am barely moving today.

Easter is coming - so time to make some kielbasa and wedzonki.

Looks great. Do you have big family or is this for a small shop? I just took 12 rings of Kielbasa up to my folks for Easter. Need to make another batch and some Wedzonki.
