More Sausage Recipes from Stan Marianski

Post by redzed » Sat Oct 22, 2016 17:23

For those of you that have not checked out Stan Marianski's site meatsandsausages.com lately, take a look here (or click on the banner at the top of this page) http://www.meatsandsausages.com/sausage-recipes You will see that dozens of new sausage recipes have been added. Hands down, this is the best compendium of recipes available anywhere, whether in print or the internet!

A couple of months ago Stanley and Adam Marianski also released a new book The Greatest Sausage Recipes , containing 565 recipes. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/09904 ... 7405755814

Enough to keep us busy for a long, long time! My copy will be arriving soon and I will post a review. (busy with winemaking and mushrooming these days)

Santa is supposed to be bringing me this book for Christmas. Assuming I don't mess up between now and then.

Red, is this a collection of all his recipes, as in the past, I've bought books which have only a few new ones and just a reprint of old ones I already have. Thanks.

I don't think that it is a reprint of "all his recipes", since the total in all his previous books is not 565. Take a look here http://www.meatsandsausages.com/sausage-recipes and you will see that there are many recipes there that have not been published in book form before. I know that most of the 565 are on the above mentioned website, but I still prefer books, and always lose stuff I print off the internet. Besides the website could disappear at any time, whereas a book can be passed on to your grandchildren.
