Geez, I know that the CIA is a clandestine organization, but to go as far as infiltrating and training people in the practice and art of charcuterie? There is no place left to hide!

Jason, beautiful partner, beautiful shop, beautiful story! !

Great promo for your shop! Wishing you continued success?

Congratulations, Carolina and Jason!

My goodness gracious kids! That's a beautiful video. I fell in love with Carolina long ago, the first time I ever met her (over the phone). Jason had sent her photo to me. I "adopted" Jason long ago and tried to convince him to be a ranch wrangler. Alas, he is charcuterier, not a cow pie stomper and has much more class than I... which is evident when you see his lovely wife. Best of luck to this great couple. They will succeed beyond their wildest dreams because they both have such a wonderful attitude and presentation with people. Both are people who truly enjoy helping others. Go kids, go!

Best Wishes,

That is such hard work! And when you love what you do as they certainly do then the work is fun. Well done Jason and Carolina.

After seeing the video, I wanted to start the truck, pack a overnight bag and head down to the shop. When I see people like yourself living the American dream, thru hard work and determination, it gives me hope for America. Good luck, best wishes and carry on.
