I made another batch of these this time with turkey. The same blend of meat cheese and bacon and the same spice schedule. I got 32 patties from 83 ounces of meat plus the cheese and bacon.
Knife cutting meat very finely is quite as easy as slicing an apple when the meat is soft frozen.

Cooked two of them tonight for supper with a mashed potato, steamed carrots and gravy and Nancy ate better than she has in six days since her final infusion. The therapy is very fierce and after 4 infusions she is alive but not kicking very well. She will recover but it takes time.

Thanks Ursula. Last night her BP was88/56 and HR111. Pretty rough evening better this AM.
