"Chorizo Corner" new installment

Post by el Ducko » Tue Apr 23, 2013 15:39

The next installment of "Chorizo Corner" is now available at a handy http://wedlinydomowe.pl/en/viewtopic.php?t=6504 near you. This time, it's primarily about the chorizos of Argentina, but also includes a couple of random topics such as
  • heavily-sanitized slightly-off-color humor
    ..and..
    biased commentary
from your ol' buddy, the beloved (well, okay, tolerated occasionally) El Ducko. Also this time, thank goodness, it's been heavily word-processed by beloved moderator Chuckwagon, without whom we would certainly be at a complete loss (regarding both administrative skills and the amount of groceries left).

I know you can't wait for the final installment, which is being prepared even as we speak. ..er, read. (Hey! ...you, back there! Pay attention! ...no dozing off during the lecture.) It will include a list of chiles with Scoville units, a density table for herbs and spices, and if I can figure out a decent way to present a table in this here ol' forum software, a recipe comparison for the whole series. (By duh way, do you have any suggestions for better table presentation? ...maybe as an image?)

As always, keep on grindin', but keep it cold and safe.

Thanks Duckster. It's a very nice presentation. Very much worth reading. Lots of info recorded there pal. Thanks for sharing it. Goodness.... don't stop now!

Best Wishes,
