Post by sawhorseray » Sat Apr 05, 2014 17:00

Meatloaf
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound wild hog Italian sausage
1 medium onion chopped fine
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup whole milk
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic chopped fine
1/2 TSP each ground mustard, salt, black & white pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pint onion-garlic tomato sauce

Mix all the ingredients except the sauce in a big bowl and form into the shape of a football, place in greased baking dish and cover with the sauce. 350° oven for 90 minutes while rolls using Ross' scalded flour method are cooling on a rack. Heaven! Last nights dinner leftovers will be todays lunch. RAY

Yum! Yum! Thanks for sharing ol' pal!
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill! :D
