Yes it is a pain. You can convert your recipes using the spice calculator on the lower right hand corner of the Cure calculator http://www.meatsandsausages.com/sausage ... calculator . Also of help 3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon.

Keep a record of your recipe for future use and tweaking :mrgreen:
