Our New Years Tradition

is black eyed peas and some type of greens. I also had some ribs that needed cooking so I broke out the offset and got started.

Three bunches of Mustard greens with stock from a Christmas ham bone.

All those greens cooked down to this....talk about shrinkage :shock:

My wife added some of her delicious corn bread and the meal was complete.

I am lucky in that my wife and daughter love greens, my son not so much but he is in Iowa at college, his loss :lol:
