Wow, my wife got me a brisket for my Birthday from Blacks in Texas. It arrived frozen and I must say I had my doubts. We warmed it up wrapped tight in aluminum foil @ 170 deg. I must say, I am way surprised. Tasted like it just came out of Q, real juicy. Naturally I will always want to make mine in my Q, but it was real nice of my bride to get me this for my birthday. I will continue to work on my brisket and hopefully get it to this level

Hey, hey sausagemaneric,
If you have a woman who thinks of filling your belly with Q on your birthday, then you'd better keep her! Heck, I'd even go out and buy HER a gift for YOUR birthday. She must really be a nice lady. Has she got a sister?
Best Wishes,
Chuckwagon

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it probably needs more time on the grill!
