Dry/Wet bulb humidity meters ?

Hi all,
Is there some not so expensive (up to $200) humidity/temp controllers.
I think it is most accurate way to regulate the humidity.
I'm looking for good controlers, because im going to buld a walk-in drying room (hope next year).
I'm satisfied by my current DHC-100+ but looking for upgrade
