Hi all- I live the UK
I realise that this subject has been brought up more than once.
However i am finding it difficult to find a PH meter for sensible cost.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.
I find it hard to justify a £100 + spend.
Many thanks
Dave

Thanks Redzed .
However in the UK
They want $170 plus extra for the buffer solutions.
I guess I'll have to cough up and pay it. Food safety is everything

You could try calibrated pH measuring strips (litmus paper). They can be found in pretty tight measuring ranges - something like this: https://www.avogadro-lab-supply.com/pro ... ph-4-3-6-8

The issue would be if they can accurately measure a low liquid material. You might need to sandwich them inside a sample of the mince to get a reading.

Thanks jritto.
However as I mentioned previously, I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and cough up the cost- ouch!
