Utopence - Drown those sausages!

If you would like to add another dimension to your smoked kielbasa, pickle it and make some "Utopence". Utopence is a Czech term for bodies of drowned persons. :D These are pickled and flavoured sausages popular with Czechs and served in every pub in their country. So it's not a Polish preparation, but an excellent dish if made with Polish sausages. I made mine a couple of weeks ago with some parówki with cheese that I was getting tired of. The parówki were very mild in flavour, but once pickled, they taste so good that I couldn't stop eating them. Just about ate the whole jar while watching football yesterday.😁I used Stan Marianski's recipe, but you can adjust or find one more to your liking. Looks awesome. Will need to try it with my Smoked Paprika, Jalapeno, Chili Cheese smokies!
